Honda Repair: wheel well broke - repair?, inner fender, flat tip

the plastic wheel well protector broke in part and rubs against the tire at highway speeds on my 99 honda accord. can i just remove the whole plastic piece or should it be repaired/replaced

David, I am assuming the inner fender liner? Black plastic in color? And has a curvuture to it? If so, remove it. You can replace it later. Cost about $35 to $50 for an OEM piece at Honda. Easy to remove. Small phillips screwdriver, flat tip screwdriver.
