Honda Repair: Brakes, honda prelude, 1998 honda prelude

Question
I have replaced both rear calipers and both hand brake cables on a 1998 Honda Prelude and the the brakes are still sticking. Any suggestions ?

Ray, did you bleed and/or replace the brake fluid completely? I would start here first. Then i would suspect the Master Cylinder. Still a problem? Brake proportioning valve. Let me know if this helps you in a follow-up question. (I have had this same problem with a similar Honda but, those are the steps i took to figure it out.)
