Honda Repair: no fuel or spark, spark plug wire, crank pulley

Question
i did head job on daughters 94 accord 2.2 and when tried to
crank no fuel or spark

Answer
Tim, so head job? Meaning head removal, rebuild, and resurface? Or head gasket? Not a mind reader so not gonna tell you a fortune. Whichever no fuel or spark? Hmmm... You must have multiple things not hooked up. First, did you verify that you had fuel and spark before the build/repair? Otherwise you are in a rock and a hard space because you don't know if this is something you did or was previously there.

Turn key to 'ON' position and read the codes. Disconnect the fuel line to the fuel rail then turn the key to the 'ON' position if it flows and sprays you have fuel pressure at the rail. Spark simply disconnect a spark plug wire and hold to a ground source with engine crank. No spark? Timing. Timing needs to be set perfectly on these cars. So set to TDC and retry for fuel and spark. #1 cylinder at top of compression cycle and lower crank pulley mark should be perfect if not you will have problems with spark and fuel. If you do not know how to time this engine and set the idle you should take to a professional and have it set properly.
