Will drl relays from first generation CRV fit in second generation CRV

Chris, the relays should be the same just double check the fitment and prong fittings for proper fitment.

The headlamps will convert too, it just depends if they are the same plug and rating. First generations CR-V's were from 1995 - 2001. Second generations are from 2002 - 2006. From what i know the CR-V did not change from the H4 version lamp 55/60w. So as long as yours are H4 design they should convert.
