Honda Repair: 92 accord, vacuum lines, vacuum line

Question
My beater was running good until this evening. Now it stutters, there is hardly any response from the accelerator, and it dies constantly. I believe its a vacuum issue. i disconnected the egr vacuum line and there was no noticeable change. it was a solid runner up until today it has about 220000 miles on it an i know its got more left in it, any ideas, on the cheap?

Answer
Matthew, tune up or fuel filter/pump. Most common issues with this milage on these cars. Distributors go bad as well which will give you the same result as what you are describing. Spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor plus the fuel filter = tune up. Fuel pump an easy DIY fix but i recommend the tune up first since it is the least inexpensive option. Also look around for damaged or broken vacuum lines. Easy to trace and this could be your easy fix!
