Honda Repair: 1983 accord no start, cold cranking amps, drive belts

Question
Hi, i have a 1983 Honda Accord (AT).
It encounters a few difficulty starting and one day it can't be start anymore.
It has no crank, and after applying external power, it cranks a bit, with the drive belts moving about 6 cms or so.
Battery indicator shows that it could be still fine (maintanence free battery with condition indicator).
The air filter was checked and has a small amount of engine oil at the bottom of the casing.
Please advise. Thank you!

Answer
Deff sounds like a battery issue. Have you had the battery tested, and seen how many cold cranking amps the battery has. If you refering to the battery indicator on the dash that is the volatge redaing for the alternator. You could be pushing 13-14.5 volts but if your battery not keeping a charge it will continue to do so.
