Honda Repair: 1988 honda accord lx #3 cylinder no spark, distributor cap, honda accord

I have replaced the spark plugs and wires checked the cap and rotor and compression my #3 cylinder isn't getting spark. can you help me?

Sherri, is your accord carberated or injected? The problem resides in the distributor or ignition coil. Replace the distributor cap and rotor if you have not done so too. This is cheap to replace and I would start there. Then ignition coil. Last replace the distributor. On carb models the ignition coil is external vs. injected models which is internally mounted under the distributor cap.
