Honda Repair: Whirring noise from steering, power steering fluid, fluid reservoir

I drive a 2006 Accord EXL. Issue is when i turn the steering, I hear a whirring noise. What could be responsible for this?

Nse, you are low on power steering fluid. Add some to the appropriate level. There will be a dipstick that you un-cap from the power steering fluid reservoir. It will have a cold or hot measurement. This means when you are checking the level of the fluid is the engine warmed up (hot) or has the car been sitting overnite and would be (cold). Do not overfill. It does not take much.
