Honda Repair: Troubles when it rains, dashboard lights, honda civic si

Hi, Travis, I have two questions to ask..
I had recently just bought a 2002 Honda Civic SI with approx. 105k on it. Now when it rains the car starts to miss fire. I apply gas and the car doesn't move and begins to sputter until it's almost dead and the engine kicks back in. It only does this right after i start the car and get like 20 feet down the road and lasts for about two minutes, and then seems to be fine?
My second question about the same car..My dashboard lights have a mind of their own! Sometimes they work.Sometimes part of them work. it seems to be getting worse and worse. I thought it might be just a loose connection but when i turn my car off and am about to take the keys out all the lights are on and fine? when i turn the key once the lights are all on including the engine lights ect. the battery light flashes in a weird sequence? I'm not sure if this is to be a code. Everytime i leave the car i get a shock and I'm sure the car does not have a good ground..i thought maybe this could be causing them to read funny? Melissa, probably one of the most craziest questions i have ever been asked! Dash lights on and off? Not sure at all what that might be? But considering you bought the car used, right? Someone has definitely done some modifications (aftermarket) and not returned the car to proper stock performing status. The only thing that i can think of and why the lights are acting that way is due to the fact that they installed some kind of dash light modification and you might have damaged/broken wires in your cluster. Does the car have a salvaged title? Has the car ever been in any serious damage? Like totaled? 2002 civic si's should not be acting like this. Does your car have an aftermarket alarm? An aftermarket alarm can cause similar issues like you are describing. The battery light flashing in a particular sequence is bazaar too? You have some issues going on and need to have someone look at it from an electrical professional view. Maybe a stereo shop could help you too. I need more information specifically about what is happening exactly if you can provide this i can be of more help to you in diagnosing the situation.
