Honda Repair: 1993 Honda Civic Brake, rotor surface, brake rotor

Question
G'day mate,
I have a problem with the brakes on my 93 Honda Civic. Every morning when the temperature is relatively cool, one or two of my front brake is making a noise that something is stuck to it or squealing/grinding kind of noise, the brake pad looks alright which is about 5mm/7mm thick. After driving and applying brakes for a minute or two, the noise disappears. Any suggestion

Answer
There may be some "Glazing" on the front rotors.
Look on the rotor surface, if you see shiny mirror like surface, then the rotors need to be resurfaced.
Keep in mind that there is a  minimum rotor thickness.
Front brake rotor MAXIMUM refinishing limit: 19mm
That means the front rotors CAN NOT be less than 19mm thick.
