Honda Repair: overheating, blown head gasket, combustion chamber

Question
my 92 Honda civic is overheating and cooling fan doesn't turn on i hot wired the fan to the battery and it works it cooled it down at first butthan i bought a new cooling temperate sensor and still the fan didn't work.i switched the fan relay with the blower motor relay (i heard they were the same )and still the fan didn't come on but the blower motor worked. Also when the temperature is high at H the car is now reving very low like it is gonna die or only running on 3 cylinder and massive amounts of white smoke comes out of the exhaust and accelerates very bad when i start to move and then normal when i reach higher speeds.i m pretty sure there are no leaks .thanks very much for ur time

Answer
Ahmed, you have some serious problems with your engine. DO NOT drive the car unless you have too. And are driving to a repair shop. The white smoke coming out of your exhaust tells me that you have coolant entering the combustion chamber. Which means that there is a blown head gasket or cracked block. It is also possible that the water pump failed internally. Whichever the situation at hand, pull the dipstick and see if the oil is milky white? If it is this is a bad head gasket. If it isn't this is a water pump or thermostat issue.
