Honda Repair: 1457 code, plastic casing, solonoid

have 99 accord, getting check engine light, read the 1457 code, changed gas cap, no diff. pulled the canister and solonoid from by the tank, cleaned it up and reinstalled still getting the 1457 code.  What needs to be replaced?

In front of the canister there is a unit called the 2way valve.
It is housed in a black two piece plastic casing.
When you remove the casing front part (Three tabs, top/bottom/side), you will see the 2way valve.
Look at the back part of the valve on top. You will find that it is popped out.
If that is the case then replace the 2way valve & reset the code.
