Honda Repair: why doesnt my instrument panel work, honda civic ex, hazard switch

Greetings, my instrument panel,tach guage, speedometer, nor my signal light's doesn't work. I checked all the fuses there are good. I have an 1994 Honda Civic EX, 2 dr, 1.6L, with 170,000 miles.

Leighton, you are having some major electrical issue with the instrument panel. If the fuses are good you seem to have lost all power to the panel. Remove the cluster. Inspect all plug-ins behind the panel. Remove the hazard switch and inspect its plug-in. If this does not resolve the issue take the vehicle to a Electrical Specialties repair shop.
