Honda Repair: lighter wont work, fuse boxes, blown fuse

hello,I have a Honda Accord 1991 EX 2 Door and i was wondering if you could tell me if there is a hidden fuse somewhere for the cigarette lighter and the lights in the lighter,ashtray,and shift indicator. None of them work and i took the radio out and found there is a plug that powers all of these except the shifter light.There is no power to this plug,i checked with a test light with key on.I looked in both fuse boxes and there is no fuse for the cigar lighter.Cannot figure this out,please help. Thanks.

John, The cigarette lighter relay is located near the PGM-F1 relay in the left end of dashboard. As for the shift indicator this is prob ally a blown fuse, It happened to me and i just tapped it a few times and it came back on, All of this happened when my ashtray light went out
