Honda Repair: srs and maintainence repair light, maintainence, drivers seat

The SRS light and the maintainence repair light or on what does this mean and will it cause my vehicle not to pass state of texas inspection? What do I do to repair this problems

maintenance light is just that. it is set to come on at certain intervals to get you in to spend money at the dealer. it comes on every 7500 for oil changes then 15k, 30k, etc.

the SRS light is the air bags. you will have to take it do a shop to get the code.
99% of the time it is the drivers seat belt latch. the switch inside goes out.

neither of those effects inspection. only the check engine light.
