Honda Repair: CEl code 16, silver box, anniversary edition

i have a 93 accord 10th anniversary edition and im getting a code 16 on my check engine light.my car wont rev past 3500 rpm while im driving or in nuetral. could this be my fuel injectors being dirty?

the most likely thing is the main relay. it is under the driver side dash. you will have to crawl under there and look straight up. there will be a silver box about 4"x5". take the 2 10mm bolts off holding that and behind it is the main relay. it is a double wide relay with a large 8prong plug on it.

the power for the injectors goes through the relay and if it is not making good contact inside, the injectors will not get enough voltage. which would cause the limited ability to rev.

if that doesn't fix it, you will have to take it to a shop for a more detailed diagnosis.
