Honda Repair: 92honda wagon, dash lights, busy at work

no dash lights also no driving lights,15a fuse keeps bursting, pulled all rear   bulbs also front turn lights reinstalled new fuse turned vehicle on fuse broke .Do have head lights ,turn , and brake lights thx

i'm sorry i keep forgetting to check this. been busy at work but i intended to look up the wiring diagram as i really can't help without seeing where everything goes.
you may have a shorted wire, but that doesnt tend to happen to hondas.
