Nissan Repair: rear viewn mirror, 2003 nissan altima, nissan altima

I recently bought a 2003 Nissan Altima and I am trying to figure out why the rear view mirror is not working. It looks like it has a read out for direction and temperature but I can't figure out why the read out is not working and where to check for power, etc. Looks like it could also have an automatic glare reduction of some type as well. I don't see any place in the fuse box that indicates a fuse. Frustrated. Dave

If the mirror does not have a night day adjust on it then it is an automatic.  Some mirrors come with a compass and some do not.  The automatic dimming mirrors have an on/off function button on the front.  If yours is this type there should be a fuse for the mirror since it is switched ignition and it should be marked, as such, under the hood on the fuse/relay box.
