Honda Repair: 91 honda accord, phillips head, screw driver

Hello.  My daughters 91 honda accord rear power window is stuck in down position.  Shops want $150.00 and up to even look at it.  Want to attempt to try to get window up ourselves but do not know how to remove door panel.  Can you advise how in detail?  When the power button is pushed, we can hear the motor.  So then, what might problem be?  At this point, we just want to get the window in up position.  Our attempts to pull up from exterior are unsuccessful.  Your assistance is very much appreciated, especially how to remove door panel.  The more detailed, the better!!!!!!!  We are not very mechanically inclined.   Thanks again

All you need is a phillips head screw driver and a flat head, remove all rectangle plugs to reveal the screws, use the phillips and undo all screws you can find and then grap the panel from the bottom and pull . . . you will hear a crunch and the panel will come off, during this you have to remove the wire plugs from the panel. and  there you have it a window inside the door.
