Honda Repair: 96 honda accord shorting problem, windsheild wipers, wiring loom

So for the long question but here is my problem.  96 accord 2.2.  Recently my power roof stopped working.  Then the radio shut off.  The radio comes off and on when you drive over bumps but stays on for the most part.  Then I noticed that the windsheild wipers were not operating to there full potential when on high.  Then they shut off also.  Now sometimes they work and sometimes they dont.  They still do not go as fast as they should when on high.  All of this started when my satalite radio blew the radio back up fuse that is located under the hood with the maxi fuses.  I have looked all over for the Wiper relay and cant find it to have it tested.

check all wiring loom in engine bay for loose connections, or it could be the ecu. to reset the car find the hazzard fuse and pull it out and leave for 10 mins and wala the computer is reset and you will find everything will work again
