Honda Repair: 99 Accord Clutch, clutch plate, clutch master

Hi, I've a 99 accord 5 spd. Recently i replaced the clutch and the clutch master cyl, since then the clutch padel is hard when pressing down, also the car judders a tiny bit when you lift the clutch padel. Took it back to the shop and they said that because of hyudarlics you cannot adjust anything. Any suggestions what the cause of this stifness in the padel will is? Thanks

usually its to do with the pressure plate, Did you clean the flywheel and the pressure plate before you assembled the clutch and the clutch pedal is quite hard with a new clutch because the pressure plate hasnt been set like that for a while, did you put a standard clutch plate in it?
