Honda Repair: ABS, SRS lights on, civic 2dr, brake fluid

Daughters boyfriend just bought 02 civic, 2dr 5 spd from an auction and the ABS & SRS lights stay lit & the horn sound weak. Anything we can repair ourselves?

yes you sure can, replace the horn and the horn relay box, if you want to do anything about ABS and SRS lights the car has been in an accident and they havent reset the module or there is no air bag in the car and check the brake fluid and sensors to make sure ABS is working.
