Honda Repair: HOnda air, compressor belt, honda civic ex

I have a 99 honda civic ex the ac belt compressor belt and my belt tensioner fell off.  Do you know the size of the center nut for the tensioner and do you know the easiest way to put the belt on.

The easiest way to fix that will be to go and get another belt tensioner pulley assembly.  Comes with all the bolts and washers and a diagram on how it goes back together.  That thing has to be put back together correctly or it doesn't work.  Its about $30-40 for the pulley assembly and comes with a nut, pulley and the several washers and spacers that go with it.
