Honda Repair: 1991 Honda Accord Fail-Safe, honda accord, speed sensor

Question
Re-checked the sequence as follows:1(long)4 1 2 3 5 7 8

Sorry about the 3, guess I wrote it down wrong.  Can't tell if the long 1 is the start or end, sometimes it seems to start in mid-sequence but always comes back to this pattern.

Thanks for answering!

Hi, the green "S" light is blinking on my car.  It won't go into 1st gear, I have to downshift when starting.

Have recently replaced the Speed Sensor (new from Honda, not a junk yard), still getting the "S".

Jumpered the diag socket by the passenger door, it gives me 412578.

Any idea what part needs to be replaced?

Thank you!

Answer -
Check those codes again because they should flash in suscession.  Those numbers don't seem right.

Answer
That is a lot of codes.  I am sorry but that would be way above what I could tell you here.  I would have somone check this that knows what they are doing.  Not something that I have seen very often and no known problems that I am aware of that would cause this many.
