Honda Repair: 1992 Accord Headlight Assembly, frame rail, front bumper

Question
I am trying to replace the headlight assembly (not just bulb) including side light on right side of my son's 1992 Accord.  I purchased a new assembly but it looks like I need to remove the front bumper in order to access the bolts.  Okay but the screws that hold the bumper on are under the headlight not a problem on the broken side but how would I put it back on?  It seems like the chicken and the egg. . . which comes first? The only other option looks like the front glass cover of the headlight needs to come off, it this sealed?  Thanks in advance for your help!

Answer
You have to remove the entire assembly, beam and all.  There are two nuts located under the hood right about the frame rail, one on each side.  Remove both turn signal lens and remove the two bolts per side that hold the bumper beam tight.  YOu will have to remove the screws on each outside corner of the bumper.  Will take some time.
