Honda Repair: 1992 Honda Accord DX rough idle when warm., valve train, honda accord

Question
I recently purchased a 1992 Honda Accord DX as a project.  It had a "no start" condition at the time of purchase.  Through troubleshooting, I found the timing belt had broken.  Upon completion of that repair, all compression numbers were good and the only damage to the valve train was a .005" deflection of one exhaust rocker.  The car starts and runs well until warm at which time it shakes and idles rough.  No codes are set in the computer and all other preliminary checks do not yield a solution.  Please suggest a direction to investigate.  Thanks Dennis.

Answer
When you say good compression, what are the numbers?  Should be 160-180 psi and all 4 should be within 10% of each other.  Check the compresson when the engine is warmed up and see what the numbers are.  Also, you said .005 defection?  How did you adjust these valves?  There should be some defection in each one of those valves, between the valve and the rocker arm when the piston is on top dead center.  If there isn't it will miss when warm as the valves are not closing all the way.  Must be checked when cold and the intake valves should be .25mm and exhaust should be .30mm.
