Honda Repair: 1989 Accord LX, honda accord, pain in the neck

Question
Craig,

Appreciate all your excellent help on the board, it's been priceless.  My problem is this:  I have a 1989 Honda Accord, it has been good to me to this point.  If I turn the car off (after at least 20 minutes of driving) and start it again (while still warm) it runs rough.  I can still drive but it sputters a lot.  Is it the carb?  If so, any advice on what exactly it is?  Thanks in advance!

Answer
I honestly know nothing at all about how to work on the carbs. It was before my time and I didn't want to learn how to work on them because they are a serious pain in the neck unless you know exactly what you are doing.  We replace the entire carb when we have one in our dealership.  It discourages most people because it costs about $800 new.  You may ask some of the other experts but I am sorry I can't help you with that one.
