Honda Repair: turns over but wont start, sometimes, fuel pump relay, honda accord

I have a 1993 Honda accord 10yr anny. edition...the engine turns over and tries to start but it like she's not getting gas,  has 1/2 tank of gas in her,but you cannot hear the fuel pump pumping,she ran fine yesterday and this morning now she just tries to  start, she's turning tho.

Sounds like you may be having trouble with the main fuel pump relay.  Its located under the dash on the drivers side.  Common problem.  You can strike the side of the dash with your hand(driver's side) while cranking and sometimes jar the relay into working.
