Honda Repair: 89 Prelude Si, crankshaft pulley, tool trucks

Question
Timing belt broke while we were trying to replace water pump and we are
now trying to replace it as well.. What is the tool we will need to keep the
crankshaft pulley still when we try to break the bolt loose, & where can I
get it?  I have called the "Local" auto parts places and they all play dumb..
PLEASE HELP!!!

Answer
The Timing belt broke while trying to replace the water pump?  If that belt broke while the engine was running, the pulley is the least of your worries.  That engine will damage valves if it broke while running.  You won't find the tool at the parts store.  Its dealer only or off the Tool trucks (Snap-on) Costs between 50-100 dollars.
