Honda Repair: Clicking noise that varies with speed., brake rotor, honda accord

Question
I bought a 1994 honda accord within the last month and noticed that it makes a clicking noise while driving that clicks faster or slower depending on the speed. I thought it could be something in the tire or the tire itself so I replaced the tires (they needed to be replaced anyway). The noise didn't change. It doesn't matter if I am turning or not so I don't think it is a CV joint problem. I have checked around the tires and have not seen anything rubbing that might cause the click. It only sounds like it is coming from the front passenger side. Is there something that might cause this noise? I'm out of ideas. Thanks,
Eli

Answer
Do you have a brake vibration?  I have seen excessive runout on the brake rotor cause the caliper to walk back and forth and cause a clicking noise.  Does it change with the brakes being applied? If you can, jack up the front of the car with the tires off and put the car in gear and watch if the caliper is walking back and forth.
