Honda Repair: 1999 Honda Passport, honda passport, egr valve

I have a 1999 Honda Passport which I've replaced the EGR valve twice.  But I still get the same low flow message... Please help.

Its not in the valve.  The EGR port in the intake is clogged.  If you remove the air cleaner hose from the throttle body and open the throttle body, you can use a light and see the EGR port.  Its straight back behind the throttle body down near the bottom of the intake.  You can clean it out here using a long screwdriver or something like that.
