Honda Repair: Car wont turn over, starter fluid, delsol

Question
I have a '95 delSol 'S'. I very seldom drive the car, which usually means that I have to jump the car to get it started, but it would always fire right up. I have not started the car in almost 1 1/2 years. Now the car will not turn over. I added a fuel additave and replaced the spark plugs, and still no luck. I am getting spark at the plugs. If I spray starter fluid into it, it will start, but it will not stay running on it's own. I had a guy look at it who it more knowledgeable than I am, he says it doesn't seem to be getting gas.
I do hear the click from the relay when the "check engine" light turns off. (I got that from someone else who wrote in with the similar problem).
What do you suggest next? Also, I did just remove a remote alarm and remote start. I am pretty sure that I got all the wires connected back correctly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Listen to see if you hear the fuel pump.  In that car the pump is close so you should be able to hear the hum of the pump when you turn the key on.  Have you checked to see if you are getting fuel pressure.  Open the fuel line at the fuel filter and see if you are getting fuel.  My first guess would be to make sure the main fuel relay is working properly.  Its located under the dash
