Honda Repair: 1995 honda accord electrical outage, fuse box, radio clock

I have lost all power to my windows, radio, clock, and gauges(rpm, speedometer, warning lights, etc..) I have checked all fuses and they are good. my son claims theyre was smoke coming from underneath the fuse box under the hood. But, I don't see any evidence of a fire or smoke. Do you have any suggestions? I have read about circuit breakers but have been unsuccessful in locating one. Thanks

Jay, check for power through the fuses with a test light. Check the fuses in the under dash fuse box as well. If there are any burnt ones or no power let me know which ones. You may have a open wire or worse one touching ground(the smoke your son seen)somewhere. RICK
