Honda Repair: timing, spark plug wires, vacuum lines

well still flashes 6 times i puled dist. cap to check for moister, none, when i give it gas it cuts out and kinda sputters.
all vacuum lines and hoses intact. absolutely no reason.
all i can think of is i pressure washed the engine before i replaced vcg, perhaps water has got in somewhere it shouldnt have so i will let her sit over nite try tomorrow thanx again so much for your help any other suggestions would be appreciated.. have a great easter   eric !

Eric, I think that the ignition wires might be to blame. If after you let it sit overnight it runs good, try spraying water on the spark plug wires with a spray bottle, if the same symptoms reappear replace the ignition wires. Please do yourself a favour if you replace them use HONDA wires. As far as the code "6" thats a seperate issue and you may have a temperature sensor problem. RICK
