Honda Repair: Manufacturers Maintenance, rear drum brakes, tire rotations

Question
I have a 2005 Accord LX.  Bought it new. No problems. I keep up with the oil changes and tire rotations. It has 22000 miles on it and it's a bit past due for the 20000 mile service.  Should I use the suggested additional service the dealer suggests.  It involves a front brake service(lube front caliper pins and applying an antiseize/anti noise compound to the pads and also cleaning up the rear drum brakes and lubing the contact points between the brake shoe and the backing plate?  It's an additional 75.00 over the 129.95 service.  The front brakes do grab a bit a low speeds.

Answer
Yes, you should. The service suggested is one of the best p/m's you can do. I can see why they would offer the service, sticking pins and rubbing on backing plate causes diminished braking. Price quoted is fair if all above work is done.
Thanks for buying a Honda!!!
