Honda Repair: 92 Prelude A/T, rainy night in georgia, engine cooling system

 My daughters '92 Prelude was stolen one rainy night in Georgia.  We got the car back.  Now the automatic transmission has trouble shifting out of low until the engine heats up.  After the engine is warm, everything is back to normal.  I have flushed and refilled trans. 3 times so far, hoping this would help.  It did to some degree.  Any suggestions?

You may need to check the engine cooling system to make sure it is properly working since it does circulated inside the transmission. Other than that and what you have already done that is about the most service you can do to the transmission.
