Honda Repair: 1990 Honda Accord reverse lights do not work, honda accord, fuses

I checked all the fuses and bulbs, however I cannot get the reverse lights for my 90 honda accord to work.  Is there a switch in the transmission that switches the lights on?  If so how do I go about reaching it?

Yes there is a switch on the transmission; you should be able to locate on the transmission housing by the linkage. Have someone move the lever into reverse and you should be able to see from under the care where the switch engages.
