Honda Repair: 89 honda accord overheating, antifreeze coolant, radiator cap

Question
my accord has been overheating. i tried driving it the first time in a while and it seemed to have been fine.  until i got on to the highway.
it started to over heat. the fluid in the radiator(i think thats what it is, the thisng in the front of your car that uses antifreeze/coolant)seemes to be leaking from under the cap. and when it over heats theres a lot of smoke coming from the capped area. i have changed the thermistat already. and was wondering what else i could do. thanks

Jimmy:
Look inside the radiator (you are correct it is in front with the cap) to see if the holes are plugged up. When you look inside the radiator there are at least a couple of holes you can see. The other thing that could be causing problems is a bad radiator cap.
Let me know what you find.
