Honda Repair: Integra makin sounds when turning, rear brakes, cv joint

Question
Hi, i am starting to get a little frustrated about this problem. It seems that when i turn right at slow speeds on my 1992 Integra LS it makes this loud sound kind of like grinding, that its rubbing against something. I dont know if the C-V joint needs replacing. The car also does now make some high pitched springy noise when i make turns on either side or break when the car seems to be moving, i dont kno if that means i need engine mounts or if this problem is related to the problem above. This springy noise doesnt bother me much. I would like some input especially on the first problem. Thank-you.

Note: i do have cross-drilled rotors on the front brakes, i think they may start to crack, maybe this is a possible cause. I had cross-drilled on my rear brakes and they cracked so i replaced them with just regular rotors.

Ben:
It does not sound like the CV joint, which is usually a clicking sound, to me. You may have a problem with the brake pads or they may be just worn down. The springy sound may be the squeaker on the pads, hard to say without hearing it. If the motor mounts are bad you would have a lot of vibration from the engine, especially on acceleration. I'm not a fan of cross drilled rotors; I would leave them as designed.
Good luck.
