Honda Repair: Electrical, honda accord ex, honda accord

2001 Honda Accord EX

A couple of days ago one of my brake lights failed.  The warning light on the dash reported the problem and I verified it.

I replaced the bulb (two different tries) but still failed to fix it.  Is there something common that I can look for next?

Check the contacts inside the bulb holder, if they are okay then there is a problem with the wiring and you will need to trace the wire to find where the open circuit (break in the wire) is. You will need a wiring diagram to help trace the problem.
