Honda Repair: 90 Civic head gasket leakage, gasket leaks, head gasket

Dear Chris,
I'm having a problem with the head gasket leaking on a 90' Civic LX. I had the head done and resurfaced but still the gasket leaks. Now I see there is a service bulletin #97-047 that specifies this problem and suggests using a special head gasket and bolts. Do you know the details of this service bulletin and whether the torque specs are the same with the new bolts? Any advice would be appreciated.

Im really not sure of the service bulletin but I do know that the torque specs are exactly the same and there is a bigger depth head gasket that will help form into place and close up any spots on the leak I also recommend using the honda gasket sealer it works real well on sealing head gaskets
