Honda Repair: installing tie rod ends, tie rod ends, inner tie rod

Question
I lost the L/F inner tie rod on my 1994 Accord and need to R/R. I'm told that I need no special tools and that it either "snaps" or threads into rack end (per Sears). The Chilton's I have for the car says NOTHING relating to tie rods whatsoever. It looks like it threads in, but I'm checking out all info sources. Thank you for your service. Alan

Answer
thread the tie-rod end on to the marked position and insert the tie-rod stud into the steering knuckle arm and make sure you do not tighten the jam nut yet, then install the nut on the stud and tighten that to the specific torque then you can tighten the jam nut.
