Honda Repair: clutch and steering noises, clutch cable, clutch master

Question
hi im 19 and on my 4th prelude livin on my own with little cash, a week a go i noticed my clutch was very weak, ex. higher on the pedal to get the car rolling and higher on the pedal to release the clutch after shifting, also at a stop, clutch needs to be all the way in to shift smoothly. this is very wierd because this happened over one night of driving, the next morning i noticed the brake master and clutch master were significantly low filled both with dot 3, brakes became more responisve yet clutch was still late responding and touchy any suugestions are awsome.
ps.. now all of a sudden when i turn the steering wheel jus a lil bit it squeaks and squeals quite loud and the tires sound like they are grinding in the wheel wells but the fluid for the power steering are full. with no noticeable leaks.
i have a 89 prelude si 5sp
sorry for the length of this question, thanx a million for your time bill, sincearly mike c

Mike:
You may need to have the clutch cable adjusted or replaced. Check the cable to make sure it is not stretched out or frayed. If the cable is okay, you might need to have the clutch replaced. You may also need to take a look at the brakes as I would bet they are pretty worn down since you needed fluid. The front end sounds like bad balljoints. These things can get kind of pricey if you have to take it somewhere. Good luck.
