Honda Repair: 98 Accord V6 stops running, oxygen sensor, accord v6

Question
I have a 98 Accord EX/V6 w/85k miles. It has been an exceptional car but over the last 3 months, it has just "died" on me 4-5 times. Twice, I was traveling at 50-60mph. The other times were slower and once I was at a stop sign. It starts running real rough and then just dies. Sometimes, it takes a couple of minutes to get it to restart. Once restarted, it runs like new. It has had an oxygen sensor and idle control sensor replaced within the last year. It has been dealer maintained.

Gary:
Sounds like it could be an electrical problem with the wiring or the fuel pump itself. It is difficult to diagnosis since it is intermittent, you may be paying for someone to guess since it is not consistent.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
