Honda Repair: fuel injectors, timming belt, throtle body

Question
I have a 1994 integra SER vtec 1.8. It was rune it was running fine and i tried to get it inspected. It failed and they told me i needed a os sensor.  I went to a aftermarket bosh type and installed it in by the instructions.  As i installed it i found a water leak via a hose commming from the throtle body and manifold which i replaced.  I then tried to change the pcv valve and when i took it out the hose broke.  I could not get my hand in there to replace it without removing the throtle body and fuel injector rack.  I fixed the hose and replaced everthing, and the motor would not start.   I removed the injectors and could see fuel when the key is turned on.  I also see fire in the spark plugs.  It would not crank still so i marked the distribator and retarded the timing all the way and it started rough.  I drove the car but it stumbles up and fills like it had i/4 of the power.  I stop the car and re adjustred the distribator to the orginal position but it did not help.I ran it a few miles.  I shut the car off and when i returned it will not start no matter what i do.
I changed the injector seal kits on all of the injector because i saw some wear on the o-rings
Could this be a timming belt issue?

You should be able to see the timing belt to make sure it did not break. You can then move the engine to the TDC position and your distributor should be at the number one position. That will tell you if the timing belt jumped. It sounds like you may have caused a problem reinstalling the throttle body and has an air leak somewhere; you may need to get a new gasket for the throttle body.
Good luck
