Honda Repair: 93 Accord, depress brake, horn blows, fuse box, brake switch

Question
My '93 Acorrd ,(10'aniv.adition) has a big problem. When I press the brake pedal the horn blows. the brake lights don't work and I have to use the key to release the trans out of park.
Is the horn a warning system to let me know that
the brake lights dont work? This just happened,
no other service was done. Just got done checking all fuses, connectors, grounds, brake switch.
any suggestions ?  thanks

Tony:
On second thought... I checked this out after somone else asked the same question today.
The horn and brake lights are controlled by a single relay, I would check the relay. It is located in the fuse box in the engine compartment. If the relay tests okay, the fuse box may have a short in it.
Good luck.
