Honda Repair: 1987 honda accord will not start, pep boys, honda accord

my 1987 honda accord will not start nor will anything other than the headlights come on.  I have a keypad that has stopped blinking its red light. the headlights appear bright.  when I turn the key nothing happens. the car was running fine when it stopped. could it be a fuse or is it possible that the battery is low

I don't think the problem is with the battery, but you can take it out and have it tested for free, most of the major chains, (Auto Zone, NAPA, Pep Boys) will do the test. If your battery checks okay you need to make sure you have a good connection to the starter, and check your ground.
There are also fuses in the engine compartment that you may also want to check.
