Honda Repair: Spark plugs, spark plug, replacements

Question
I went to change my spark plugs and discovered that there seems to be some sort of bushing that will not allow a regular sized spark plug socket to fit. Have you ever heard of this? Is there a special socket needed, or is it more likely the bushing should come out somehow?

Answer
IF YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SPARK PLUG SOCKET IT SHOULD WORK JUST FINE SOMETIMES IF YOU USE A SOCKET THAT FITS THE PLUG SOMETIMES IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE USED FOR SPARK PLUG REPLACEMENTS. IM SURE THAT THERE IS NO BUSHING IN THE CYLINDER ITSELF SO IM NOT SURE BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT CAR IT IS YOUR WORKING ON.
