Honda Repair: changing a headlight, headlight bulb, car trouble

I have a civic not an accord but i hope you still can help. Im a girl that doesnt like to depend on others to fix my car trouble but i have no clue how to change my headlight. I have a 1998 civic and havent had to change the headlight since i have had the car. Is there anyway you can help me? I have already tried to turn the rubber thing but that isnt working. Thank You Very Much!!!

THE HEADLIGHT OR THE BULB? IT THE WHOLE HEADLIGHT ITSELF YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE YOUR FRONT BUMPER OFF IF THE HEADLIGHT BULB THEN THERE SHOULD BE A PLASTIC SURROUNDING THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO TWIST OFF SOMETIMES THEY ARE PRETTY HARD TO TURN BUT AFTER YOU TWIST IT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE THE BULB OUT AND JUST UNCLIP IT AND PUT THE NEW ONE ON.
