hope you can help 1985 civic can you swap in a 1987 2000accords or the prelude 2000 ihave to run carbs in my class

IM NOT SURE I UNDERSTAND YOU QUITE WELL ON THIS SO GIVE ME BETTER INFORMATION PLEASE THANKS.what i like to know is there any way that the honda prelude or the accord engine will fit in a honda 1985 civic the class i race in will not let me run dohc so i have to run the single cam.if it does not fit can you tell me of a nother swap thanks dave

THERE IS A WAY YOU CAN PUT THOSE MOTORS IN BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE NEW PLACES TO MOUNT THE MOTOR WHICH IS CUT AND WELDING SO IT TAKES LOTS OF CUSTOM WORK THE BEST MOTOR I WOULD PREFER IS THE B18C BLOCK WITH A B17 HEAD FOR BEST RESULTS ON RACING THAT VEHICLE. PLUS THAT MOTOR WILL NEED LESS MODIFICATION IN THE ENGINE BAY TO MAKE IT FIT.
